是英国摇滚乐队The Beatles收录于1970年专辑《Let It Be》的歌曲，由Paul McCartney创作，署名Lennon-McCartney。1970年5月11日在美国发行为AB面单曲，B面为George Harrison创作、演唱的《For You Blue》。这首歌是The Beatles最后一首美国冠军单曲。
这首The Long and Winding Road有众多的版本。我们听到的大多是王牌制作人Phil Spector制作的，加入了华丽的和旋和女声福音乐团的伴唱，这样的制作是这首歌听起来少了很多摇滚乐的气息，虽然制作出色，但是让人觉得太甜，混音做得太过。麦卡特尼在听到这个版本之后，彻底的被激怒了，并且他与约翰列侬在艺术理念上的差距也越来越大。（Phil Spector其实是列侬请来的，他是列侬的好友，后来也为列侬制作过很多极为优秀的专辑，他的风格以华丽宏大著称，把所有的歌曲制作的像交响音诗。）麦科特尼对此的不满，也是导致后来他离队的导火索之一。
后来的专辑Let It Be... Naked收录了去掉Phil Spector的处理，还原了原作本来的清新自然、略带伤感的色彩。而在Let It Be同名电影的画面中，保罗所唱的这首歌和Let It Be... Naked版本中的所唱来自同一take。
1996年的Anthology3收录了一首Glyn Johns的混音版本，这首歌的部分旋律与后来的单曲版本有些不同，还包括了部分麦卡特尼朗诵部分。
在Let It Be和Anthology之中，保罗唱的是“Anyway you'll never know the many ways I've tried”，而在Let It Be... Naked版本中，唱的是“Anyway you always know the many ways I've tried”。
